Double Lake "Final Push" Work Party - Sunday Nov 4
GHORBA will bring tools but we could really use another sturdy wheelbarrow for getting some paving stones to the trail for armoring.
Also if you have a favorite tool (clippers, axes, etc.) bring them, marked with tape or something so they don’t get mixed up with GHORBA’s.
Sturdy shoes, gloves, eye protection are all very much recommended to bring.
Directions to Double Lake Entrance
We’ll greet you at the new gatehouse parking area at 9 AM — after the turnoff. Do NOT GO DOWN TO THE LODGE. We will head down the road to the WEST side of the lake.
We’ll conclude around 1 PM and feed you. Drinks refills provided so bring your hydration pack. Oh and we have a bunch of great Clif Bars for the hard working volunteers.
