Brazos River Trail Work Day – Sugar Land
October 7 @ 8:00 am - 1:30 pm
Your trails need you! Saturday October 7th at 8:00AM will be our first major clean up of the Brazos River Trail network. This includes all three sections: Sugar Land Parks, New Territory and River Bend. We need a BIG turn out to get these awesome trails back in shape.
Tools to bring? Metal rake, shovel, weed whacker, hand pruner, hand saw and your camelbak. Special tools: chain saw, hammer and battery powered power drill with wood screws. If you don’t have tools, no sweat. Many folks will be bringing several and can share.
We meet at the New Territory Sports complex where we will go over the work strategy, receive give ways from our sponsors and divide up into small groups lead by each of the Trail Captains and head out. Work parties will work till noon.
